We appreciate your interest in our services. However, we are no longer accepting new patients. And due to this persisting difficulty finding support staff willing to engage gainful employment from the outpatient primary care practice setting in this atmosphere of COVID-19 pandemic related staffing shortages, a decision has been made to scale down clinical operations and to close patient care services by Meadowbrook Medical Group from our West Boylston location at 354 West Boylston Street, in West Boylston, Massachusetts effective 16 September 2022.

You should always call 911 or your local emergency phone number for any emergency healthcare need, especially if are experiencing a medical emergency or believe that you have an emergency healthcare need. An urgent care clinic near you may be able to provide you the services. Otherwise, you should arrange to have another primary care physician (PCP) take care of you by contacting your health insurance company to assist in providing you with a list of primary care doctors in the network who are accepting new patients near you.
